Kristina has a deep passion that all beings may remember and reconnect to their inner wisdom, inner peace, and inner guidance for healing and transformation.
She arrived to Earth upon the sacred portal of Samhain (Hallow's Eve). Always having a burning desire to understand mysticism, spirituality, Nature, and the limitations of the over culture's systems that impact one's ability to connect to their inner guidance, led her to a deeper understanding of Source and onto a path of practicing life in right relationship, ritual and prayer.
Kristina has been dedicated to the contemplative and consciousness modalities in practice and study for over 25 years, having trained extensively with master teachers of mindfulness, such as Pema Chodron, Thich Nhat Hanh, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Jack Kornfield, Isa Gucciardi, Stephen Porges, Dr. Joe Loizzo, Daniel Siegel, Brene Brown, Maty Izraty, Annie Carpenter, and many more.
With undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Women’s Studies, certifications and education in Integrative Massage Therapy, SmartFLOW® Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, and academic study at the graduate level at Naropa University, a Tibetan Buddhist school in Boulder, Colorado in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, she has worked in several fields of wellness and transformative healing throughout her career. She has worked in a domestic violence shelter, taught and led thousands of hours in classes, workshops and trainings in yoga, breathwork, meditation and integrative energy healing locally and internationally, and spearheaded several non-profit fundraising campaigns and benefits.
Her continued education over the decade in sound healing, energy medicine, plant medicine therapy, somatic experience, and trauma on the brain and body led her onto a path of study with Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D and the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. This work has been paramount in Kristina’s personal life, especially as a mother, and in her professional life. She integrates her studies in integrative energy medicine, earth based shamanic practices, Buddhist philosophy, yoga, mindfulness, trauma informed education, Nature, somatic therapy, and psychology to inform her work.
Kristina currently resides on the Kumeyaay and Luiseno lands also known as North County, San Diego, California with her partner, James, their sun child, Julian Hawk, and fur child, Remi.
