Kristina shares a weekly class to drop into body, mind and spirit, and to deepen one's connection to their inner world. This is a subtle body focused class to harmonize the body and mind. This class incorporates Pranayama, Yogic breathing techniques to strengthen diaphragm muscles, posture and presence, and Meditation.
Class is recorded for those who cannot attend Live, and available for one week.
