Meditation, Breathwork & Yoga Therapy
Kristina guides local and non-local live stream and private meditation, breathwork (pranayama), and yoga therapy. These practices are based in ancient yogic and Buddhist healing systems, informed by somatic trauma healing, neuroscience, and more.
Meditation, Breathwork, and Yoga practices create a more aware and awakened connection to brain and mind-body wellness. Therapeutic practices such as meditation, breathwork, and yoga have been shown in recent scientific studies to improve the human immune function, increases telomeres, balance emotions, decrease stress, anxiety and fear, increase empathy and even strengthen compassion; therein providing a deeper connection to inner guidance and wellness.
Kristina's approach is first and foremost drawn from years of study in Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and advanced trainings with Annie Carpenter of SmartFLOW® Yoga. She draws from Tibetan yogas, classical hatha yoga, Krishnamacarya's lineages including Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and more. Her teachers include His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Annie Carpenter, Maty Ezraty, John Kabat-Zinn, and many more.
Kristina incorporate her own techniques and modalities based on her experience in integrative bodywork, including: alignment focused yoga therapy, restoratives, breathwork, somatics, and more.
She will work together with you staying in awareness to connect to your inner wisdom, while clearing obstacles that are stuck in the body: the physical, emotional, mental, and the spiritual body.
Kristina works with beginners to seasoned practitioners.
