In this online gathering, we come together to harness the energies of the Spring Equinox to better understand how to navigate transitions and gain insights into alignments and misalignments to our inner truth, finding clarity and accessing self discovery tools for healing and growth.

You will experience and learn about the medicine of mugwort and be supported into an earth based shamanic journey to connect to your authentic inner guidance and wisdom. There will be time for reflection and integration, and there is no prior experience needed to attend.

Kristina is co-creating and guiding this special gathering with a friend and fellow colleague, Haylee Lacroix. Haylee is an Alternative Health Practitioner, Herbalist, and Medical Intuitive. She integrates intuitive readings, energetic medicine and herbalism to assist in the guidance of supporting clients.
