Applied Shamanic counseling brings ancient practices to the modern experience and empowers clients to develop a shamanic skill set. Clients will learn to journey and connect with an internal guide to deepen their self awareness and self healing journey.
This method of counseling includes dreamwork, earth based shamanic tools and wisdom, integrative energy medicine and more. Applied Shamanic Counseling can help people get unstuck and develop a deeper understanding in a visceral way.
Kristina's role is to hold the container for clients development with these unseen powers. She helps clients to develop areas of inquiry, and assists them in integrating their journeys, as well as gain better clarity with dream work.
How The Process Works...
Learn to Journey
Clients are taught how to enter an altered state through sound. Journeys use similar language to dreams. They are often symbolic in nature.
Inner Guidance
Clients are taught to journey to connect with an inner wisdom and guidance during the sessions.
Insight Inquiry
Working together, journey questions will be created to explore a specific issue. These journeys will be done within the session.
Between Sessions
Between sessions, clients are encouraged to journal about their issues and ask questions before sleeping to continue the work while in dreaming.
