Lineage & Philosophy

Kristina’s integrative approach is anchored in decades of dedicated study, clinical lineage, and somatic practice. Her foundational lens is shaped by the deep immersion in Tibetan Buddhist Meditation at Naropa University and advanced trainings with Annie Carpenter in SmartFLOW® Yoga — a methodology fusing precise anatomy with mindful inquiry. While she is now retired from active, hands-on bodywork, her profound understanding of the mind-body connection is rooted in her long career as a professionally trained, certified massage therapist since 2005. This rich background in structural touch allows her to trace somatic and energetic patterns and treat the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies with extraordinary depth and energetic awareness.

 

Kristina works collaboratively with you to cultivate a container of deep safety, allowing you to bring conscious awareness to your system and connect directly with your inner wisdom.
