Coming To Peace
Coming to Peace (CTP) is the heart of the family, couples, and community conflict resolution process in Depth Hypnosis ™
The CTP method, developed and taught by Isa Gucciardi, is an integrative hybrid conflict resolution approach, rooted in Depth Hypnosis, Buddhist philosophy, and indigenous traditions, that resolves outer conflicts by addressing inner disconnection through honesty, equality, and compassion, fostering wholeness.
The essence of resolution lies in the recognition of the deep and unbroken connectedness that we share as human beings.

Nonviolent Communication
Nonviolent Communication (NVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, is a framework for empathic, compassionate communication focused on resolving conflict and deepening connection by identifying universal human feelings and needs, expressed through four steps: Observations, Feelings, Needs, and Requests (OFNR), aiming to foster understanding and voluntary cooperation rather than judgment or blame. It's a process for self-awareness and connecting with others by expressing what's alive within, focusing on shared humanity, and asking for what would enrich life.
Kristina is an active member of the Center for Nonviolent Communication. She weaves Depth Hypnosis and Coming to Peace methods with NVC to work with individuals to find resolution and foster understanding.
